For those of you who have been hanging around our blog for a few years, you know that I have been doing a list of ‘intentions’ rather than ‘resolutions’ for a couple of reasons:
1. the stress involved in trying to complete resolutions leads to feeling bad instead of feeling positive…doesn’t really go along with my ‘mantra’!!
and
2. intentions can easily be ongoing…so when you complete them you can feel successful, when you start you can feel successful, and anywhere along the way you can feel successful….much easier to adjust or even cancel as you, yourself, change.
In the past, some of the things I have completed include:
having the piano tuned and taking piano lessons
completing 3 quilts made from F2′s tshirts
organizing photos, both digital and print
cleaning specific areas of the house, like the garage and the basement
doing as many philanthropic endeavors as possible..love them!!
Anyway, now my list of intentions becomes more mental than physical…I want to help my kids in any way that I can, including caring for the new grand baby in my life!! I don’t think I need to write any of that down…because I love every part of it
Most definitely, Happy Parenting!

Thanks, Cyndy…me too!!
I’m so happy you were able to finish the quilts. They look beautiful! All the hard work and love and memories that went into making them. I know your Scott and Chad will cherish them forever! Love Peggy
